Who is Velocity?
Velocity is non-profit premier soccer club with highly trained volunteer coaches and board. This allows us to keep the cost of our programs affordable. We exist solely to share our love for the game of soccer in a competitive and fun environment.
Based out of Gorham Sports Center, Gorham, Maine, Velocity FC teams benefit from dedicated skilled coaches offering premier teams for boys and girls ages 11-18. Many of our players are stand outs on their school teams and go on to excel in college programs. We pride ourselves in developing well rounded soccer players but more importantly good community citizens.

Coaches work with players and families to allow them to participate in school extracurricular activities and academic programs. We appreciate the dedication and hard work that players bring to their teams but also understand that it’s not the only thing in a young person’s life.
